You do not need a skull token in your pocket to carry the skull. You already carry one, the tokens are a reminder to try and to enjoy it.
How to get a skull token
Make one-If you would like to make one, it’s a simple design, just a skull with a heart above the eyes and the words “carry the skull” on it somewhere. You could just print out the logo and tape it to a coin… or you can make it from wood, metal, leather, clay, wire, laminated paper, or anything else you can think of. The Carry the skull logo on this site is meant to be the starting point and each person who decides to carry the skull and make them for others are encouraged to make the design their own as the meaning of carrying the skull grows with them. If someone has given you a skull, although you are probably honored to receive it, we encourage you to not become attached to it because attachment to things is not what carrying the skull is about. Carrying the skull is only meant to serve as a reminder to do a little more, and enjoy a little more each day than you normally would. When you eventually feel compelled to give it to someone else, we hope you will listen to yourself and do it without thinking of your attachment to the physical token. This will create a small positive ripple and will make it so each skull will have a far larger impact. Then after it has been given away, we hope that if you want another one you will make another one to continue the process. The eventual process of making, carrying, and then giving skulls will help create a far deeper understanding of what carry the skull is. Imagine what it would feel like to spend a little of your time making things to give to others as a token of thanks for them trying to make a positive difference… Then imagine the feeling someone else would get from receiving something so special for doing a positive act they never expected to get rewarded for.
Buy one- There are many people that sell skulls. Currently searching Instagram is a great way to find these people. Nether Proletariat, Roy Stockton, is currently willing to stamp pennies that get sent to him with the CTS logo. His contact info is on the contact page.
